A complete permanent smile supported entirely by implants — no adhesives, no removable parts, no compromises.
Full arch dental implants — also known as implant-supported full arch restorations — replace an entire arch of missing or failing teeth with a permanent, fixed prosthesis supported by strategically placed implants. The result is a complete, stable smile that functions like natural teeth and requires no removal, no adhesives, and no compromise.
How full arch implants work
Rather than placing an individual implant for every tooth, full arch restorations are typically supported by four to six implants per arch — placed at precise positions and angles to maximise bone contact and load distribution. A custom-fabricated prosthesis is then attached to these implants, restoring the entire upper or lower arch in a single, cohesive restoration.
For patients who've been managing with failing teeth, full dentures, or significant tooth loss, full arch implants represent a genuine and permanent transformation — in function, aesthetics, and quality of life.
Who is a candidate?
Full arch implant treatment is suitable for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth in one or both arches, or who have remaining teeth that are too compromised to restore. Adequate bone volume is required — where significant bone loss has occurred, grafting may be recommended prior to implant placement.
The treatment timeline
Full arch treatment is planned in detail before anything begins — using 3D imaging, bite assessment, and smile design to map the final result. Treatment is typically completed across several appointments over three to six months, with a temporary restoration in place throughout the healing period.
